Cooking Instructions:
(Preferred) Grill: pre-heat charcoal or gas grill. Remove filet from package and grill over medium heat/coals for approximately 30 minutes turning frequently. (for medium doneness). Allow filet to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing to your desired thickness.

Bake/Roast: For Firm Texture, pre-heat oven to 450F. Remove filet from package and place in baking dish. bake uncovered for 30 minutes for medium doneness. allow filet to rest for 10 minutes for your desired thickness.
For soft/Shredding Texture: pre-heat oven to 350F. Remove filet from package and place in baking dish. Place 1/2 cup of beef stock or water in bottom of pan, cover,and bake for 1 hour. Use fork to shred filet like a roast. Juices may be thickened into gravy.

Slower cooker: For firm texture, remove filet from package and place in slow cooker. Cook on high setting for 2 hours to medium doneness. Hint: potatoes, carrots or other veggies may be added to cooker as well. Allow filet to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing to you desired thickness. For soft/shredding texture, remove filet from package and place in slow cooker. Place 1/2 cup of beef stock or water in bottom of cooker, cover and slow cook for up to 8 hours. Use fork to shred filet like a roast. Juices may be thickened into gravy. Hint: potatoes, carrots or other veggies may be added to cooker as well.

Other mealtime ideas: slice into filets and grill. Slice into thin medallions and pan fry. Split, stuff with rice or stuffing and bake.
