Question Type (4)  Coupon Activator Dislike

q       “What is with the 2 step nonsense just to print out a coupon? I can't print it out at work since the computers are locked down, I can't download it at Kinko's.... I have no printer at home. Why not have just a simple printout page?”
q       “I went to print the coupon and was disappointed that I had to down load a print coupon activator. Why? We are very leery of down loading different things because of the potential risk. It would be easier to just print.”
q       “I was so excited to have a coupon...but unable to print unless I download "coupon activator" ... no thanks... I'm not willing to download "anything" just to get a coupon.”

Answer Type (4)

We would first like to assure you that the Coupon Print Activator does not install any form of spyware or adware or collect any personal information about you.  Given that our coupons are often quite valuable, we require secure controls for their distribution and printing.  The Coupon Print Activator provides one of such controls for accessing and printing coupons.  It is also designed to optimize the graphics on the printed coupon and allow the coupon barcode to be scanned more easily at the cash register.

It takes very little time to download, and will complete installation automatically.  Plus, once installed, it will enable you to print future coupons without the need for additional downloads.

 Question Type (5)  Unsupported Printers

q       “I would not have been able to accept your offer as you all said that you didn't accept my printer so I couldn't have printed it out if I wanted too.”
q       “It won't let me print to any of my computers: We're Sorry You are trying to print to a device that is not valid for printing coupons. Please check your printer setting to make sure your default printer is a regular printer and has paper…”
q       “I don't have access to a printer, is there any way I can get coupons by mail?”

Answer to Question Type (5)

If the Coupon Print Activator plug-in was installed properly, your operating system and browser are supported, and you have not exceeded the coupon print limit, but your coupon did not print, please be aware of the following:

·         If you have multiple printers connected to your computer, often as part of the network, you may want to check and see if your current default printer is the printer where you expected to get your coupon print out.  You can check this setting in your Control Panel/Printers and Faxes on Windows computers, and in your System Preferences/Print Fax on Mac computers.
·         You may not print to fax machines or file-based printer (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) or other programs that create PDFs or image files.
·         Please check your printer setting to make sure your default printer is a regular printer.  If you have a multi-function printer (fax, copy, print), please make sure that the 'Printer' is set as the default function on your computer.

Question Type (6) Printing Problems
q       “At the completion of the download, it said something to the effect of "thank you, your coupon has printed". Well, it didn't print…”
q       “My coupon did not print (my printer was off when the coupon downloader installed) When I tried again it would not let me reprint. Will I be able to get a coupon?”
q       “My coupon did not print even though I downloaded your coupon printer.”
q       “Can't print coupon! It says it printed but nothing happens!”

Answer to Question Type (6)

If the Coupon Print Activator plug-in was installed properly, your operating system and browser are supported, and you have not exceeded the coupon print limit, but your coupon did not print, it may be because you have encountered a print limit:  our coupons are limited to one print per consumer per month.

Please come back next month to print your coupons again.

Queston Type (7)  Retailer Acceptance Issues

q       “The store that I frequent will not honor coupons printed on the computer.”
q       I'd like to receive coupons by mail for your milk and yogurt products. My grocery stores do not accept printed coupons.”

Answer to Question Type (7)

There have been occasional instances of certain retailers not accepting legitimate Internet coupons, probably because at one time some of those retailers were worried about coupon misuse.  Often the issue is only with a specific store, and not a corporate policy.  Today, however, most retailers do accept valid Internet coupons produced with proper print-controlled coupon technologies such as ours.  In fact, many retailers post their coupon acceptance policy on their web site, and provide you the opportunity to contact their customer service group to let them know you wanted to use your valid coupons at their store.
